I took my dog Charlie to Bark Ave for an issue with his eye, along with a few other things I had been worried about, and I’m honestly so happy I did. Dr. Crimson and her team were amazing. I was definitely a little anxious going in, and they immediately made me feel so much better. They took their time, talked through everything in detail, and never made me feel silly for asking questions. What I really appreciated is that they walk you through pricing upfront and explain everything step by step, so there are no surprises. That alone made such a difference. The facility is amazing...it is beautiful, super clean, and very modern. It doesn’t feel like a typical vet at all. I also loved that they can do so much in-house. Getting results quickly instead of waiting days really put my mind at ease. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care, which means everything when it comes to your pet. Also, such a nice touch, they offer drinks and snacks while you’re there, which just makes the whole experience feel more comfortable. I left feeling so relieved and confident that Charlie was in the best hands. I would absolutely recommend them. 10/10.

Despite facing something incredibly scary, we had such a positive experience with the team at Bark Ave. From the moment we arrived, we felt we could truly trust the staff and the doctor with our puppy. Rocky had been sick for days, and we finally received clear answers and real options. He had an object stuck in his stomach, and Dr. Primicias performed a foreign body surgery to safely remove it. We are so grateful for the care Rocky received. Tee took such wonderful care of him, and it gave us so much peace knowing he was treated with genuine love and attention. We are beyond thankful to have found Bark Ave. Being able to trust a team like this during such a stressful time means everything!!! Rocky is now home, recovering, and we are so grateful.

My toy poodle needed urgent attention and Bark Ave was able to get me in within two hours as my vet was already closed for the day. It was a very stressful situation but from start to finish, it was a seamless process. Jess, Sarah & Angie were super welcoming and my dog immediately showered them with excitement even under the circumstances. Dr Primicias was very comforting, explained everything perfectly and left me feeling at ease. The environment is inviting and you feel like you are in a spa rather than a vet office - which is helpful under stressful situations. I’m so thankful for everyone in that moment of stress and uncertainty- they kept us updated on Squirts progress during the surgery and wrapped everything up within two hours. His after care was throughly explained to me and was even told I could text them on their day off if I needed anything. Oh and they have top notch snacks 🤣 Thanks to the team for all of the cuddles and love for Squirt - you all clearly were super loved by him too!! I would highly recommend their services and would most definitely use them again!

I visited this amazing veterinary clinic today and was blown away from the moment I walked in. Honestly, I felt like I had stepped into a human spa—the place looks incredible! The front desk staff immediately welcomed us and even offered coffee and snacks. And let me tell you, the snacks are amazing! They actually make the coffee for you, which was such a nice touch. We then met with Dr. Crimson and Sarais, and they were absolutely wonderful. They took their time with my dog and made her feel completely comfortable, like she was at home. They explained everything in detail and provided recommendations I had never even thought about. They also offer a membership program that helps save money, which I signed up for right away. My dog left happy, relaxed, and with a belly full of treats. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for truly exceptional care!
